This is a twist on a classic New Year’s dish. How about kinton with a touch of Tropical Maria’s Pineapple Chunks? | Tropical Maria Diced Sweet Potatoes | 150 g |
| A: Sugar | 1 tablespoon |
| A: Honey | 1 tablespoon |
| A: Salt | A pinch |
Preparation
- Microwave the frozen sweet potatoes and frozen pineapple chunks.
- Place Step 1 in a bowl, add ingredients (A), and mix. Lightly mash the sweet potatoes to taste.
