Chicken with Lemon Butter Sauce

A butter-based sauce might sound a bit French and challenging. However, with ASC’s frozen lemons, you can effortlessly create a refreshing lemon butter sauce. It pairs wonderfully with juicy chicken, offering a light and delightful finish. Using sliced lemon adds a charming look, perfect for entertaining.(Ingredients for two people)

Chicken thighs 2
Salt, pepper To taste
■Lemon butter sauce
- Tropical Maria Lemon 6 pieces
- Butter 50 g
- Salt, pepper To taste
■Garnish
Frozen spinach 50 g
Cherry tomatoes 6

Preparation

  • Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then set aside.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and sear the marinated chicken on both sides until golden.
  • Add butter to the same pan used in Step 2. Once melted, incorporate frozen lemon slices, salt, and pepper, and simmer on low heat. Meanwhile, microwave the frozen spinach.
  • To serve, arrange the chicken on a plate, drizzle with the lemon butter sauce from Step 3, and accompany with the spinach and halved cherry tomatoes.
