Pork Sauté with Mango Sauce

This dish features a Hawaiian-style pork steak topped with a tangy mango sauce! Despite its complex flavor, the sauce is easy to prepare—simply add frozen mango to sautéed onions, season, and simmer.(Ingredients for two people)

Tropical Maria Mango Chunks 50g
Onion 1/2
A: Granulated stock 1 teaspoon
A: White wine 1 tablespoon
A: Soy sauce A pinch
Salt, pepper To taste
Oil To taste

Preparation

  • Season the pork with salt and pepper and finely chop the onion.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the frozen mangoes and (A), and simmer for about 5 minutes over low heat.
  • In another frying pan, heat oil and fry the pork on both sides until browned.
  • Place the pork from Step 3 on a plate and pour the sauce from Step 2 over it.
