Sweet Potato Rice

Rice cooked with soft and flaky sweet potatoes. Tropical Maria sweet potatoes do not require any complicated preparation. Simply put them straight into the rice cooker and start cooking. Sprinkle black sesame seeds when the rice is done for extra deliciousness. (ingredients for 4 servings)
| Tropical Maria diced sweet potatoes | 300g |
| Rice | 2 cups |
| A Mirin | 2 tbsp |
| A Sake | 1 tbsp |
| A Salt | 1 tsp |
| Black sesame seeds | As needed |
Preparation
- Wash the rice and place it in a rice cooker, add frozen diced sweet potatoes, A, and water as needed for the rice cooker.
- Cook the rice with the rice cooker and stir briefly after cooked. Serve the rice in bowls and sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.
