[A little extra] White Grape Tartine

Refreshingly tartr white grapes and prosciutto made into a dessert-style tartine. This is a gorgeous-looking dish that is perfect for celebrations.
Tropical Maria seedless white grapes | 100g |
Baguette | 1 |
Prosciutto | 100g |
Cream cheese or mascarpone | 100g |
Preparation
- Remove the white grapes from the freezer.
- Slice the baguette into slices of roughly 2cm and cut the prosciutto into bite-sized pieces.
- Spread the cream cheese (mascarpone) on the baguette slices.
- Decorate 3 with the semi-thawed white grapes and prosciutto.
(If using mascarpone, you can drizzle honey on top)
