Pineapple Spring Rolls

Spring rolls made by wrapping pineapples with prosciutto, cheese, and other ingredients in spring roll wrappers. The sweetness of the pineapples and the saltiness of the prosciutto and cheese make for a perfect combination. When cut, the yellow pineapples and the green coriander are beautiful, making this a perfect dish for entertaining! (ingredients for 2 servings)

Frozen pineapples 60g
Potato starch As needed
Spring roll wrappers 6 pcs
Prosciutto 6 pcs
Cheese slices 3 pcs
Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch

Preparation

  • Allow the frozen pineapples to thaw naturally, cut into 1.5cm pieces, and dust with potato starch. Cut the cheese slices in half. Cut the coriander into 2cm pieces.
  • Roll prosciutto, cheese, pineapples, and coriander leaves using the spring roll wrappers.
  • Add a large amount of oil (not included in the ingredients) to a fraying pan and deep-fry 2 until the surfaces are golden brown.
