A gorgeous dish of beef steak served with a sauce made with sweet and sour Tropical Maria dark cherries. The sauce may look difficult to make at first glance, but it is actually easy to make, as you just need to put the ingredients in a pot and simmer. Can be served with pork as well as beef.
