| Pork (for tonkatsu) | 2 pieces |
| Prosciutto | 4 pieces |
| Melting cheese | 4 pieces |
| Tropical Maria Mango chunks | 4 pieces |
| Flour, breadcrumbs | moderate amount |
| Egg | 1 piece |
| Salt, pepper | a little bit |
Preparation
- Cut a slit down the middle of the pork, open it and season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff the open pork with the cheese, dry-cured ham, and mangoes.
- Following step (2), dust the pork with flour and dip it in the egg.
- Cover with bread crumbs and pat in well.
- Once the pork is fully coated with breadcrumbs, deep-fry it in the oil.
- Cut the deep-fried pork cutlets and serve.
