Tropical-style Cutlet

Pork (for tonkatsu) 2 pieces
Prosciutto 4 pieces
Melting cheese 4 pieces
Tropical Maria Mango chunks 4 pieces
Flour, breadcrumbs moderate amount
Egg 1 piece
Salt, pepper a little bit

Preparation

  • Cut a slit down the middle of the pork, open it and season with salt and pepper.
  • Stuff the open pork with the cheese, dry-cured ham, and mangoes.
  • Following step (2), dust the pork with flour and dip it in the egg.
  • Cover with bread crumbs and pat in well.
  • Once the pork is fully coated with breadcrumbs, deep-fry it in the oil.
  • Cut the deep-fried pork cutlets and serve.
