Sweet and Sour Pork with Vegetables

This is a meatball dish inspired by sweet and sour pork, using plenty of Veggie Maria’s vegetables. All the vegetables are cut into easy-to-eat sizes and can be used directly after thawing, which helps to shorten cooking time. The dish is colorful and visually appealing with various vegetables, making it perfect for entertaining guests. (Ingredients for two people)

Parisian carrots | 80g |
Silverskin onions | 80g |
Meatballs | 8 Pieces |
A Soy Sauce | Tbsp 1 and 1/2 |
A Sugar | Tbsp 1 and 1/2 |
A Vinegar | Tbsp 2 |
A Ketchup | Tbsp 1 |
A Chicken soup stock | Tsp 1/2 |
A Water | Tbsp 3 |
A Potato Starch | Tbsp 1/2 |
Oil | Tbsp 1/2 |
Preparation
- Thaw frozen broccoli, Parisian carrots, and silverskin onions in the microwave. Mix Ingredients A together.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, lightly sauté the vegetables from step 1. Add the meatballs and sauté.
- Add Ingredients A to step 2 and stir-fry until the sauce thickens.
