Beans, rich in dietary fiber and protein, are highly desirable in a diet, but gathering various kinds can be cumbersome. Veggie Maria’s mixed beans include four types of beans frozen, making it convenient as you can thaw and use the amount you need. Adding them to a dry curry enhances the flavor with spices, making it enjoyable even for those who are not fond of beans. (Ingredients for two people)

Preparation
- Finely chop the garlic.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, add minced garlic, and sauté over low heat until fragrant. Then add ground pork and sauté until the color changes, followed by curry powder and ketchup.
- Add mixed beans and cherry tomatoes to the pan, cover, and steam for about 5 minutes. Finally, adjust the taste with soy sauce and serve over rice.
