Spinach has been added to the much-loved chijimi, making it a dish rich in vegetables. The richness of the cheese pairs well with the spinach, making it perfect as an appetizer. Moreover, the recipe uses a small amount of flour, making it very healthy. (Ingredients for two people)

Water | Tbsp 2 |
Bonito Flakes | 1 bag |
Melting cheese | Tbsp 4 |
Sesame Oil | Appropriate amount |

- Ponzu sauce | Appropriate amount |
- Gochujang、Mayonnaise | Appropriate amount |
Preparation
- Microwave the frozen spinach.
- Mix all ingredients except for the spinach in a bowl, then add the spinach and mix again.
- Pour the mixture into a frying pan with oil and cook covered on medium-low heat. Once one side is browned, flip it over and cook the other side without the lid.
- Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve on a plate. It's even more delicious if enjoyed with a sauce made of ponzu mixed with gochujang and mayonnaise, to taste.
