Curry-flavored Meat-wrapped Potatoes

Andean potatoes wrapped in thinly sliced meat and flavored with curry. The sweet and spicy curry sauce is addictively delicious. These bite-sized pieces are perfect for making in large quantities and even packing in your lunch box for the next day.(Ingredients for two people)

Tropicos Andean Potatoes 8
Thinly sliced pork 8 slices
Sake 2 tablespoons
Mirin 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Curry powder 1 teaspoon
Sesame seeds To taste

Preparation

  • Microwave the frozen Andean potatoes, then wrap them with the thinly sliced pork.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon-wrapped Andean potatoes.
  • Add sake and mirin to Step 2 and stir-fry. Once the liquid has evaporated, add soy sauce and curry powder, stir well, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds at the end.
