Broccoli with Carbonara Sauce

This is a sautéed broccoli dish flavored with a popular carbonara sauce. It’s a healthy choice since it doesn’t contain carbohydrates, but the rich sauce makes it a satisfying dish. (Ingredients for two people)
Veggie Maria Broccoli | 180g |
Bacon | 100g |
A Egg | 2 |
A Milk | Tbsp 2 |
A Mayonnaise | Tbsp 1 |
A Parmesan cheese | Tbsp 1 |
Garlic | A clove |
Salt | Appropriate amount |
Black pepper | Appropriate amount |
Olive Oil | Appropriate amount |
Preparation
- Thaw the frozen broccoli in the microwave. Cut the bacon into 5mm strips. Mix Ingredients A in a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add bacon.
- Once the bacon is cooked, add broccoli and sauté briefly. Remove from the pan and mix with Ingredients A to coat in the sauce.
- Return the mixture to the frying pan, cook briefly over high heat while stirring. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
